Industrial Projects 2
Industrial Spring Company, Coon Rapids, MN. We designed a 13,000 square foot building to fit a special manufacturing layout with a future expansion for full usage of that industrial lot. Since then, two additions have been done as the company has grown. To further accommodate the company’s continued growth, we built a 43,000 square foot complex on an adjoining lot.
Midwest Tank, Big Lake, MN. A 27,000 square foot building was built for a tank manufacturing company. This building, which has multiple overhead cranes that operate in the manufacturing area, is a Star steel building. The office is a block building that is attached to the steel building.
McChesney Cabinets, Elk River, MN. This is a 10,000 square foot steel building with a stucco front. The owner occupies part of the building and has a rental space.
Thompson Cabinets, Big Lake, MN. This was a 11,496 square foot block building with a wood truss roof. The shop area also has in floor heating.
T. W. Hipsag Electric, Elk River, MN. This is a steel building with decorative brick on the corners. This buildings has both the office and shop for this electric company.
