   All Tool Manufacturing, Elk River, MN.  We added a 9,000 square foot plant expansion  and built a 90,000 square foot complex with 5,000 square feet of office space.  Three years later, we added 40,000 square feet onto the existing complex.  This building won the Best of the District award with Star Steel Buildings.

    Sportech Inc., Elk River, MN.  This project was complicated by having to engineer and build a 10,400 square foot Star steel building to match the existing Chief steel building.  Sportech’s continued growth required an additional building that contained 20,040 square feet of manufacturing space and 3,360 square feet of office space. 

    Plaisted Companies, Elk River, MN.  A block building, with a built up roof, was built which contained 8,400 square feet of repair garage for trucks and 2,800 square feet of office space.  The company’s continued growth required an expansion of the office and another of the shop by 8,540 square feet.  An additional 6,000 square foot steel building was added to help process peat.   Another 7,200 square foot steel building, with an overhead crane, was built for making concrete holding tanks.

    Triple J Investments, Big Lake, MN.  Located in the Big Lake Industrial Park East, this 29,120 square foot block building.  The tenants in the building are Ultra Image Powder Coating, Premier Furnace and Duct Cleaning, and Custom Turning.  For information on leasing, please click on Rental Space, or call John at (763) 633-3600, or email at johnweicht@weichtassoc.com.

    R & W Investments, Elk River, MN.  This is an 18,720 square foot steel building that is two stories.  The building is designed for industrial use with an office area in the front.  There are multiple tenants in the building now, they are John C Weicht and Assoc., Brotherhood of the Way, Solar Axis.
