    Lee's Riverside Auto, Elk River, MN.  A 3,510 square foot block building was built for an used car dealership. 

   Saxon Motors (Elk River, MN.) utilized a block building which has block walls to differentiate the different types of work that go on at a car dealership.  We expanded the building as the company grew. 

    Options Inc., Big Lake, MN.  This is a building that we built.  With continued growth, we put an addition onto the building.

    Eagle Pet Supply, Blaine, MN.  We designed and built a 51,000 square foot building, which is 1.2 acres under one roof.  In the process of this project, we cut 1/3 of the cost from another firm’s bid.  This was done using the same steel structure and the same square footage.

    Jerry’s Auto of Elk River (Elk River, MN.) was constructed as four commercial buildings in four years.  These buildings contained five retail stores and a storage building.  For more information on Jerry's Auto of Elk River, please visit their website at www.jerrysofelkriver.com.
