Commercial Projects 2
Napa Auto Parts, Elk River, MN. A block building, of 7,000 square feet, was built for an auto parts store. This was due to the growing space needed, the building condition, and the location. F & F Food Mart, Otsego, MN. This project started out as a 6,000 square foot building for a gas station and two spaces available for rent. Now, an addition of another 6,000 square feet has been done for room for more retail area. Beaudry Oil, Elk River, MN. A wood framed building, with 3,200 square feet of office space and a car wash attached to it, is one of multiple projects that we have done for them. We have remodeled their bulk plant as it has been needed. A second car wash has been added, along with finishing the basement and the attic for additional office space. Elk River Auto Mall, Elk River, MN. This two building complex has a total of 21, 886 square feet of space. Tires Plus, J R Tech, Abra Auto Body, Kennedy Transmission, and Enterprise Car Rental are the tenants of the Elk River Auto Mall. McDonald's, Elk River, MN. We built the play land that is attached to this McDonalds.
