Furniture and Things, Elk River, MN. A new mega store of 90,000 square feet was constructed, this evolved from talks of remodeling two old buildings. Future growths lead to a 42,000 square foot expansion onto the mega store. In addition, at the “old” store location we remodeled and added an addition of 8,424 square feet, to make the location suitable for other businesses. A warehouse of 36,000 square feet was built in Elk River, and we have added an additional 20,000 square feet to the warehouse due to the company’s growth. In Anoka, we have remodeled the store and the exterior show area. At the Coon Rapids location, we put a 20,000 square foot addition onto the existing building. Precision Frame & Alignment (Elk River, MN.) has a unique floor design. The frame racks are level with the ground, so that vehicles drive straight in, while the workers stand on the floor which is two feet lower. T & W Investments (Elk River, MN.) is the home of Elk River Muffler & Brake and Cycle Works of Elk River. This 12,000 square foot building is divided up into three sections. There is one bay of 2,730 square feet available for lease. Deano’s Collision, Elk River, MN. This is a 7,200 square foot building that we had originally built. With Deano’s continued growth, an expansion of another 7,200 square feet was needed. Along with this addition, we remodeled the office area and made a canopy that covers the entry. Godfather Pizza / Minn-E-Golf, Otsego, MN. There have been multiple projects on this site. We built the Laser tag building, and the mini-golf course. In addition, we built an addition onto an existing building that is now Godfather’s Pizza.
