Charitable Organizations

These are projects that we feel help the community, and therefore we have donated our contracting fee while building these buildings. 

    Boys and Girls Club, Elk River, MN.  A 12,000 square foot block building was constructed in the Lions Park.  There is a 4,500 square foot gymnasium inside of this building, along with a game room, computer room, and other project rooms.

    Boys and Girls Club, Zimmerman, MN.  This was a remodel of 3,390 square feet, to turn a basement, of a building, into the Boys and Girls Club. 

    Lions Park Center, Elk River, MN.  This building started out as a 1,044 square foot enclosed area and a 1,836 square foot covered area with picnic tables under it.  Then we put an addition of 5,092 square feet onto the existing building.  Now the building has a community room for events (that is open to the public), an office for Elk River Community Recreation, and an office for the Elk River Lions.

    CAER, Elk River, MN.  We designed and built this 2,952 square foot building.  We have added an additional 3,000 square feet of space onto the existing building due to the growth of CAER.

    Hanke Pit Warming House, Elk River, MN.  This project was to tear down the old warming house and to build a replica of it.  The old warming house had deteriorated due to weather and age, and was beyond repair.  The unique design was to keep it as historically correct as possible, but to make it functional for today.
